Ingredients

lime
cut into wedges

super fine sugar
2
oz
Malibu coconut rum
2
oz
coconut milk
10
mint leaves
1
cup
chilled club soda
Preparation
Place the lime wedges, mint leaves and sugar into a tall glass. Muddle until sugar has dissolved. Add rum and coconut milk. Fill glass with ice then top it off with chilled club soda and stir.
Garnish with lime wedge and a sprig of mint.
