In a large jar, add vodka and sugar; stir to dissolve sugar. All all other ingredients. Cover tightly and set in a cool dark place. Allow flavours to infuse for at least 24 hours. Strain ingredients from the vodka and using a funnel, pour it back into the original bottle.

Pour vodka and ginger ale over ice in a tall glass. Garnish with lime wedge.
