Honey Curry Butter

Honey-Curry Flavoured Butter

Ingredients

  • 1 stick unsalted Elle & Vire Butter softened
  • 1 Tbsp. Goya Honey
  • 1 Tbsp. Chief Curry Powder
  • 1/2 tsp. Chief Ground Black Pepper
  • 1/2  tsp. sea salt

Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until completely blended. Transfer butter to a piece of wax paper or plastic wrap and form into a log. Twist the ends of your wrap and refrigerate until set.

Cook's Notes

Great with: baked english or sweet potatoes, steamed or roasted vegetables, grilled fish, grilled or steamed corn, steamed green beans
