Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Carmeta’s Breadfruit Flour
- 1 Ripe Banana
- 1/2 Cup whole milk or dairy free milk or oat milk
- 1/2 Cup Crushed ice
- 1 Tsp Vanilla extract
- 1/4 Tsp Grated nutmeg
- 1/2 Tsp Ground cinnamon
- Sugar or Honey to taste
- 1/4 Cup Guiness Stout or Rum (optional)
Preparation

Place all ingredients in a blender or NutriBullet and blend until smooth. Serve in a tall glass. Finish with a sprinkle of nutmeg and a splash of Angostura Bitters.
